Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a customer-focused team member to support fast, friendly service and efficient To-Go order handling. You will work with store leadership to uphold service standards and assist customers with orders in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to learn multiple tasks, and adherence to safety and policy guidelines. Physical requirements include standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Desire to work in a team environment.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements, when applicable, to perform specific job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, easy, flexible and friendly service to customers.
• Assist with To-Go orders and service standards.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools.
• Scan, bag, label purchases accurately per policy.
• Maintain neat appearance and follow dress code.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the To-Go area.
