Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant in Irving, TX seeks a Restaurant Team Crew Member for the To Go department. You will greet customers, take orders, and ensure accurate, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+, work well on a team, have strong communication, and maintain a positive attitude. certificates may be pursued.

• Greet and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones promptly and professionally
• Possess menu knowledge and provide customers with an accurate and efficient experience
• Take accurate food and drink orders and correctly enter them into POS system
• Pack and bag orders
• Deliver checks and collect payment
• Coordinate with management on times, volumes and delivery availability
• Maintain to-go area of restaurant for cleanliness and stock materials accordingly
