Job summary

Benihana - Westbury is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure seamless takeout and delivery orders with friendly, efficient service. You will manage to-go operations, maintain order accuracy, and ensure meals are prepared and delivered on time.

Responsibilities include processing orders via phone, online, and third-party apps; coordinating with BOH/FO for order modifications; monitoring packaging, timeliness, and cleanliness; and upholding food safety standards while delivering an exceptional

Qualifications

• Previous to-go, host, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy and presentation.
• Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and online ordering platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do
