Zusammenfassung

Benihana - Miramar is seeking a friendly To-Go Specialist to manage takeout and delivery orders with precision, ensuring meals are prepared and packaged correctly for pickup or delivery.

You will work with FOH and BOH teams to maintain order accuracy, timeliness, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic environment. Prior to shifts, you will stock and organize the to-go station and uphold food safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a to-go, host, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy and presentation.
• Comfortable using POS systems, tablets and online ordering platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previousexperience in a to-go, host, or customer service role preferred but notrequired
• Abilityto multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strongattention to detail and commitment to order accuracy and presentation
• Comfortableusing point-of-sale (POS) systems, tablets, and online ordering platforms
• Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills
• Mustbe able to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs.
• Availabilityto work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positiveattitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality
