Benihana - Troy is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure seamless takeout and delivery orders while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests. You will manage to-go operations with precision, maintain order accuracy, and ensure meals are prepared and handed off on time.

Responsibilities include processing orders via phone, online, and third-party apps; coordinating with BOH/FOH; maintaining the to-go station; and upholding food safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a to-go, host, or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy and presentation.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems, tablets, and online ordering platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality.

What You’ll Do
