Job summary

Dyno Nobel, Inc. in Graham, KY seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee frontline TNT production at a brand-new plant, driving safety, production plans and policy compliance.

Lead the Emulsion workforce, collaborate with regulatory officials, and develop a high-performance team. An undergraduate engineering degree is preferred; supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing is a plus. ATF background check required. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Engineering Degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing chemical environment.
• Ability to interact with regulatory compliance officials.
• Ability to provide direction and coaching to others in an effective leadership manner.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to undergo ATF background check.
