Job summary

Dyno Nobel is launching a brand-new TNT manufacturing plant in Graham, Kentucky. We seek a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance of the site, coordinate preventive maintenance, and drive safety and efficiency across processes while working with new equipment and technology.

You will oversee maintenance personnel, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and collaborate with production, engineering, and regulatory teams to deliver reliable plant operations from day

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated management skills in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a maintenance role.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in various processes.
• Good working knowledge of the Quality Assurance program and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interact with regulatory compliance officials.
• Willing to undergo ATF background check as required to be possessor of explosives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the Graham site.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety and Zero Harm via safety standards and policies.
• Coordinate with production and engineering for repairs and upgrades.
• Provide innovative equipment improvements to meet changing customer demands.
