Dyno Nobel Inc. in Graham, KY, is seeking a Control Room Technician to safely operate the TNT manufacturing process using the Distributed Control System (DCS) and associated plant control systems.

You will monitor and control production, respond to alarms, coordinate with Field Operators and Maintenance, and ensure safety, environmental, quality, and production requirements. Qualifications

• Trade School or applicable Military Training preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in a chemical processing capacity.
• Ability to listen, understand and process technical data.
• Knowledge of PLC Controlled Systems DCS.
• Knowledge of Honeywell Experion, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa, ABB, or similar DCS platforms.
• Ability to interpret process graphics, trends, instrumentation, and operating procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate the TNT manufacturing process safely and efficiently using the DCS and related control systems.
• Monitor production, respond to alarms and deviations, and coordinate with Field Operators and Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and production requirements.
• Operate and monitor HMI and other process control systems.
• Analyze process trends and adjust operations to maintain product quality and stability.
• Coordinate daily operating activities with Field Operators and communicate priorities to shifts.
