This full-cycle role offers direct exposure to partners and to live deal decisions from day one, with responsibilities spanning financial modeling, due diligence, and support through close and post-close portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience at a tier 1 investment bank (must have).
• Prior experience in the TMT sector (strongly desirable).
• Genuine interest in media, entertainment, communications, or technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen new investment opportunities.
• Build financial models and lead diligence workstreams.
• Support execution through close, with post-close involvement on portfolio initiatives.
• Work directly with senior team members across the full lifecycle.
