Job summary

Blacklock Group, partnered with a leading private equity firm, seeks an investment Associate in its New York office. The role entails significant responsibility across the full investment lifecycle, with meaningful exposure to senior leadership and portfolio company executives.

You will build and maintain financial models, conduct industry research, lead due diligence, prepare memoranda, and support transactions and value-creation initiatives while monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Interest in media, communications, or digital business models.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models (LBO, operating models, M&A analysis).
