Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on media.
• Experience supporting 2+ closed technology M&A transactions.
• Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season.

Aufgaben

• Support execution of complex media M&A transactions from origination through close
• Manage deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation
• Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
• Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors
