Job summary

Prospect Rock Partners in New York seeks an experienced Associate to join its M&A team. You will be directly involved in the design, origination, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions, providing critical input on pitch and deal materials to enhance client deliverables.

Required: Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of investment banking or MBA with post-MBA IB experience, strong knowledge of corporate finance, and Series 79 & 63.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or MBA with Finance focus.
• Minimum 3 years in investment banking, corporate finance, and M&A at a top-tier bank.

Responsibilities

• Design, origination, structuring and execution of M&A transactions.
• Draft and refine pitch books and deal materials.
