Job summary
Prospect Rock Partners in New York seeks an Analyst 2/3 in Investment & Corporate Banking to design and execute financial advisory, capital markets, and syndicated finance for leading clients. You will perform extensive financial modeling, due diligence, and client pitches, contributing to deal execution and cross-functional collaboration across product groups.
Location is on-site in NYC; 115k–130k base with discretionary bonus; Series 79 & 63 licenses preferred; candidacy requires 3 years in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics.
- 3+ years of corporate finance and capital markets experience.
- Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, and risk & pricing analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive quantitative research and analysis on industries and companies.
- Model a broad range of corporate finance alternatives and due diligence for client transactions.
- Evaluate risk/return parameters of financing transactions.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation, and relative value analyses.
- Draft client pitches and marketing materials for M&A and financing.
- Assist in financing structuring and deal execution.
- Develop and cultivate client relationships.
