Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a TMS Technician in New York to support Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments for depression, under physician supervision. This role combines direct patient care with administrative tasks in a fast-growing mental health practice.

As a full-time team member, you will administer and manage clinical services, engage with patients, coordinate appointments, and assist with insurance and paperwork while maintaining a patient-centered, compliant clinic workflow.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years healthcare experience.
• BLS and CPR certification required.
• Proficient with MS Office and data management.
• Ability to operate medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to discuss TMS procedures and scheduling.
• Handle TMS-related calls and provide information.
• Assess eligibility of new patients and schedule initial consultation.
• Schedule appointments and manage payments and balances.
• Coordinate care with clinicians and document in EHR.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organize workflow.
