Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks a TMS Technician to oversee clinical TMS services and deliver exceptional customer care. You will set up TMS devices, monitor sessions, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining compassionate client interactions.

You will also manage scheduling, support client access to care, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• 1+ years of medical office experience (Preferred).
• Medical Assistant training (Preferred).
• Knowledge of medical authorizations (Preferred).
• Completion of TMS Certification during training.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Understand and comply with HIPAA.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CPR Certified (or willing to obtain certification).

Responsibilities

• Provide TMS treatment according to physician protocols and monitor sessions.
• Enter client information, and finalize notes and superbill daily.
• Communicate with clients with empathy regarding depression and other disorders.
• Offer excellent client care while building trust and rapport.
• Administer psychiatric rating scales and document outcomes.
• Schedule and manage client appointments across services.
• Maintain flexibility to fit client needs and schedules.
• Answer calls and adjust scheduling as needed.
• Ensure client safety with PPE as required.
• Assist with the client resource center and integration of clients.
• Investigate and communicate insurance coverage issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with TMS setup and comfort.
• Identify adverse events and report to supervisor or physician.
• Follow policies and state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate with Neuronetics or other reps for duties.
