Job summary

Beacon Behavioral Partners in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Mental Health Spravato/TMS Technician to coordinate Spravato and TMS services, including scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, and treatment delivery. You will work with healthcare providers to develop treatment plans, educate patients, maintain records, and support staff.

The role requires healthcare administration experience, strong organization, empathy, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare administration or care coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and providers.
Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Spravato and TMS therapy scheduling, intake, and insurance verification.
Serve as primary contact for patients pursuing TMS therapy and intake.
Collaborate with providers to develop individualized treatment plans.
Schedule sessions and manage treatment room and equipment usage.
Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and risks.
Maintain accurate patient records and consent forms.
Coordinate with billing for charges and payments.
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust the program as needed.
Oversee maintenance and calibration of TMS equipment and support staff.
