Job summary

The Ross Center in Vienna, VA seeks a TMS Director to launch and lead a new Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation service. This part-time role provides clinical and administrative oversight with the option to move to full-time for blending leadership with a thriving psychiatry practice.

Responsibilities include clinical leadership, developing workflows, supervising staff, and growing the self-pay TMS program while ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry.
• Active Virginia medical license or eligible.
• Proven experience prescribing and administering TMS therapy.
• Experience leading a clinical service line or supervising staff preferred.
• Interest in program development and service line growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of TMS services.
• Develop and implement treatment protocols for TMS.
• Oversee patient selection and safety monitoring.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to optimize operations and scheduling.
• Mentor staff and foster patient-centered care.
• Grow the TMS program and manage documentation and billing alignment.
