Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving: coordinate unloading, stacking, picking and staging outbound shipments; verify paperwork with drivers.
• Customer service: communicate professionally with customers; prepare activity reports for site management.
• Quality control: ensure orders are received/shipped correctly; verify quality and proper labeling; report discrepancies.
• Safety/compliance: follow SOPs, safety rules, OSHA/MSDS standards and ISO requirements; maintain accuracy.
