Family Care Center in Castle Rock, CO seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – TMS Clinical Lead to provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting. You will diagnose, plan, and prescribe treatments while collaborating with a diverse clinical team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing is required for practice.
• Completion of an accredited PMHNP program is required.
• Current licensed practitioner with full state licensure and DEA license.
• BLS certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs psychiatric diagnostic evaluations to determine diagnoses and care needs.
• Provides psychiatric and medical services within licensing standards and timelines.
• Maintains timely, complete, accurate medical records and documentation.
• Performs pharmacologic treatment strategies, orders medications and monitors progress.
• Orders and assesses lab tests and diagnostics to guide care.
• Ensures access to care and flexible scheduling to meet patient needs.
• Under supervision, assumes client care involving evaluation, diagnosis and prescribing.
• Completes medication education, risks and benefits for patients and families.
• Provides care coordination with families, PCPs and specialty providers.
• Conducts TMS mappings/remapping procedures once trained.
• Supervises TMS Technicians and leads clinic quality improvement initiatives.

Connaissances

1-year psychiatric experience

Formation

Master's or Doctorate in Nursing

Completion of PMHNP program

Active state license + DEA license

BLS certification preferred
