Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is looking for a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient team in Seattle. You’ll provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management and collaborate with therapists.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified in the state.
• Behavioral health experience required for FNP/PA path.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych preferred.
• Outpatient experience and lifespan care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists providing psychotherapy services.
• Deliver interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato (Ketamine/Esketamine).
