Job summary

Family Care Center in Castle Rock, CO seeks a Physician Assistant – TMS Clinical Lead to deliver direct client care, oversee psychiatric treatment, and lead TMS initiatives in an outpatient setting. The PA will diagnose, plan, prescribe, and coordinate care under physician supervision.

Qualified candidates hold an NCCPA-approved PA program, state PA license and DEA, with CAQ in psychology preferred; TMS mappings experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an NCCPA-approved physician assistant program.
• Current PA licensure in the state of practice and active DEA license.
• PA with Psych Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs psychiatric diagnostic evaluations to determine diagnoses and care coordination needs.
• Provides psychiatric/medical services within licensing standards and appropriate coding.
• Maintains medical records and documentation compliant with regulations.
• Orders medications, monitors progress, and evaluates treatment.
• Orders, obtains, and interprets labs and diagnostics.
• Ensures timely access to care and productive staffing.
• Under MD/DO supervision, assumes client care responsibilities.
• Provides patient education on medications and health management.
• Communicates with clients, families, PCPs, and other providers for coordination.
• Conducts TMS mappings/remappings once trained.
• Complies with PA state laws, CME, and supervised hours.
• Identify patients eligible for TMS using MDD report.
• Participate in mappings/remappings for FDA-approved conditions.
• Provide timely consultations for internal and external referrals.
• Deliver staff training and reinforce TMS training.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and lead quality improvement.
• Support TMS referrals with payors.
• Provide reporting for peer review.
• Collaborate with TMS Coordinator to expedite referrals.
• Identify patients post-treatment for additional therapy.
• Help achieve community impact goals related to TMS utilization.
• Supervises TMS Technicians.
