Qualifikationen

• Master's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year post-graduate paid experience in behavioral health.
• Nurse Practitioner license in CA without disciplinary action.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Credentialing with commercial insurance payors.
• Pre-employment health screening and CPR/First Aid valid.
• TB or X-Ray clearance and DHS/Guardian clearances.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care including diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Offer counseling and psychotherapy services to patients and families.
• Educate patients about mental health conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Participate in treatment planning and case conferences.
• Contribute to quality improvement and staying current with evidence-based practices.
• Support business development through community outreach and media contributions.
• Assist with training new PMHNPs and site staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
