Job summary

Neuro Wellness Spa in Los Angeles is seeking a TMS Technician to oversee TMS services, manage schedules, operate devices, and support clinic operations. You will maintain patient records, ensure accurate treatments, and coordinate with TMS psychiatrists to uphold high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and patient-centric service, with HIPAA compliance and room for professional growth. Fully in-person, daytime schedule with medical benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Experience with patients with anxiety and depression preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or clinical care preferred.
• Associate degree in healthcare or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and reschedule TMS appointments as needed.
• Administer TMS treatments per physician protocols with accuracy.
• Maintain patient records in DrChrono and OutcomesAI.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with training new TMS technicians and site staff.
• Load updated documents into OneDrive and maintain filing systems.
• Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
