Job summary

CACI International seeks a Material Coordinator to ensure smooth material flow between departments and AFSCN sites in a DoD context. You’ll manage storage, inventory, and distribution per AFI/MIL-STD, and support TMDE calibration and certification.

Expect to coordinate with government bodies on damaged shipments and use secure handling practices. Role requires 3+ years in warehousing, ability to obtain Secret clearance, and Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse and/or supply location.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
• Ability to operate computers and warehouse management databases.
• Proficient in basic data entry and email (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch.

Responsibilities

• Perform storage, inventory and distribution management following AFI/MIL-STD guidelines.
• Handle TMDE calibration, repair and certification support as required.
• Coordinate with Government on damaged or missing shipments and document findings.
• Process government property shipments via appropriate Bill of Lading methods.
