Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Material Coordinator (Contingency) to manage receipt, storage, and movement of materials in support of TACOM maintenance and sustainment activities. You will ensure inventory accuracy and timely material availability for production schedules and work orders, including cycle counts and reconciliation.

The role requires coordination with Parts Managers and planners, proficiency in ERP/LMP, and adherence to government safety and property accountability procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with preferred technical training.
• 2–4 years in material coordination, inventory control, or logistics.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process workflow in ERP and LMP.
• Coordinate planning and acquisition of parts per branch.
• Support MRP-driven material requirements in LMP.
• Manage production order materials and component issues.
• Communicate material shortages affecting production.
• Maintain inventory records and cycle counts.
