Qualifications

• Experience working with Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) is preferred.
• 3+ years of calibration and repair of electronic test equipment is preferred.
• Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers; escalation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations and adjustments on TMDE.
• Solve technical problems of limited scope and complexity; escalate more difficult issues to experienced technicians.
• Work with clearly defined objectives on customer service assignments that may be repetitive in nature.
• Clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting field staff and customers.
• Provide consistent contribution to team and service center delivery goals.
• Adhere to established production processes and achieve team production goals.
• Promote high-quality service, ESD protocol, and service-note compliance.
