Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Electronics Technician to inspect, repair, test, calibrate, and verify instruments to meet manufacturer specifications. The role requires strong electronic troubleshooting, calibration, and repair skills in a small-team environment.

You will use DMMs, oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and power supplies; perform soldering and assembly work; and ensure on-time delivery with focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in product repair, service, or troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to perform electromechanical system troubleshooting and repair to the component level.
• Strong soldering skills and knowledge of soldering standards.
• Experience with product test and calibration methods.
• Experience working safely with high-voltage systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair jobs.
• Capable of completing repairs and processing customer credits with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, test, calibrate, and install assemblies to meet specifications.
• Follow instructions, drawings, and manufacturing docs.
• Use measurement/test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, insulation testers, power supplies).
• Determine root causes of failures and perform repairs.
• Utilize hand tools to repair assemblies and wiring harnesses.
• Maintain progress and report issues or delays.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely turnaround.
