Job summary

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking a Traffic Management Center (TMC) Operator to monitor roadways, detect and respond to incidents, and manage dynamic toll pricing on the I-77 Express Lanes Project. You will provide administrative support to the Operations and Maintenance department to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires an associate degree and 0-3+ years in transportation or related field, with strong multitasking and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is preferred in related transportation/technical field or directly related experience in a TMC environment.
• 0-3+ years of experience required in transportation, public safety, or commercial operations environment or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for third parties needing assistance and dispatch incident support.
• Monitor CCTV in the TMC and dispatch personnel to remove abandoned vehicles and assist motorists.
• Refer customer comments/complaints to Corporate Affairs.
• Process and input data into maintenance management system and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of events.
