As a TMC Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping Missouri’s roadways safe and efficient by monitoring traffic conditions, coordinating incident response, and delivering timely information to the public.
TMC Operators are responsible for using ITS technologies across a multi-monitor computer workstation to monitor roadway conditions, detect incidents, and coordinate with first responders. This role also includes disseminating traveler information, managing real-time data, and providing outstanding customer service.
