The role requires progressive freight brokerage and supply chain optimization experience, with expertise in TMS, load planning, carrier management, and DOT/FMSCA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of Transportation/Logistics Leadership Experience, including transportation management systems, fleet management, DOT and FMSCA Compliance.
• Proven ability to scale operations, reduce costs, and increase margins in fast-paced freight environments.
• Expertise in TMS optimization, load consolidation, and real-time freight visibility tools.
• A track record of building resilient carrier networks and navigating complex logistics challenges with agility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills that foster a culture of accountability and innovation

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and internal safety and regulatory standards.
• Analyze operational KPIs to identify trends, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and customer service teams to align operational goals with business objectives.

Job Compensation

Compensation up to $125k based on experience.
