Job summary

One Hope United is seeking a Transitional Living Program Supervisor in Zion, IL to oversee the daily management of a TLP living environment for youth. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring a supportive environment, and adhering to individual treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will hold a BA/BS degree and have at least 2 years of experience in mental health care, including supervisory roles. They will be responsible for documentation and participate in training to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in congregate care or mental health.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a TLP living environment.
• Supervise and train youth care staff and career/job coach.
• Participate in all required meetings and training.
