Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role in residential settings.
• 3–5 years experience with children/young adults in residential settings.
• Passion for ending homelessness and understanding youth homelessness.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work with volunteers.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and be at least 21.
• CPR, First Aid and Emergency Behavior Intervention certifications must be current or obtained within 60 days of hire.
