CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Program Manager, Team Member Experience to lead strategic design and enterprise-wide initiatives that foster a high-performing culture. You will champion HumanKindness across a diverse workforce, translating workforce data into actionable strategies and driving end-to-end execution of engagement programs.

The role requires a master’s degree and at least five years of leadership in recognition, engagement, or culture programs, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred in HR, OD, business, communications or related field.
  • Five years leading employee recognition, engagement, culture, or wellbeing programs for large, dispersed teams; vendor management experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As ourProgram Manager, Team Member Experience, you will lead the strategic design and enterprise-wide implementation of initiatives that cultivate a high-performing organizational culture. You will be responsible for fostering a sense of belonging and connection to our Mission, Vision, and Values, ensuring that every team member feels supported, recognized, and inspired. By overseeing key programs such as employee rewards, appreciation initiatives, and ambassador networks, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening organizational engagement and championing the spirit of HumanKindness across our diverse workforce.

Every day you will serve as a strategic consultant to executive leadership, translating complex workforce data and organizational insights into actionable strategies that improve the employee lifecycle. You will manage the end-to-end execution of culture-building programs, including budget administration, vendor management, and governance. By collaborating closely with Human Resources, Communications, and operational stakeholders, you will ensure that our experience programs are scalable, equitable, and consistently delivered to meet evolving business priorities and industry best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will leverage your expertise in project management and organizational development to continuously refine our programs based on participation metrics and employee feedback. You will act as a champion for leadership effectiveness, providing the tools and resources necessary to empower managers to create meaningful, consistent experiences for their teams. Your ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational excellence will be essential in building a workplace where every team member is deeply connected to our enterprise goals and long-term mission.

  • Provide strategic oversight and governance for recognition, rewards, and ambassador network initiatives.

  • Utilize data-driven metrics and employee feedback to measure, evaluate, and iterate on culture-building initiatives.
  • Empower operational leaders with best practices and tools to foster a consistent, positive, and inclusive team member experience.
Job Requirements

Required

  • Education - Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
  • A combination of education and/or additional job related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
  • Five (5) years of professional experience leading employee recognition, experience, engagement, organizational culture, or workforce well-being initiatives supporting large, geographically dispersed or matrix organizations; experience managing external vendors and enterprise technology platforms.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
