Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Colorado is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance enterprise-scale applications, improving user experience across cross-functional programs and platforms.

You will write technical specs, perform testing, and manage configuration for on-premise or cloud solutions while acting as a subject matter expert on design and build across multiple projects. You’ll also contribute to documentation and facilitate handoff to Technical Analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent software development experience.
• 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Experience as a lead Consumer Journey Analytics engineer.
• 5+ years of experience completing technical implementations, analytics, data architecture, and web data collection to deliver business insights on consumer journeys and power real-time customer journeys.
• Implemented WebSDK to capture user behaviors and trigger in-app or push notifications.
• Configured events and triggers that customize data views consumed by business analysis.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer strives to improve the user experience by implementing and/or enhancing applications of high complexity/enterprise wide cross functional programs or projects. They perform application build and configuration management functions or work directly with Software Development Engineers by writing technical specification documents for development, perform testing, and/or perform configuration management for the implementation, enhance or upgrade solutions on premise or in a cloud hosted environment.

The Senior Software Engineer acts as a subject matter expert in design, configuration and building on multiple projects, engaged in enterprise wide projects. The Senior Software Engineer leads efforts on documentation that describe processes and procedures relating to the solution and transition operational support to Technical Analysts.
