CommonSpirit Health is seeking a TLC Performance Enablement Coordinator to support the enterprise performance enablement strategy. You will manage annual and ongoing performance cycles, coordinate timelines, and ensure consistent adoption across the organization.

You will partner with HR, IT, and vendors to track milestones, test systems, and maintain knowledge resources, empowering leaders and staff to engage effectively with performance management processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience coordinating enterprise programs, projects, or HR/operational processes.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate annual performance cycles, goal management processes, and ongoing performance discussions across the enterprise.
  • Manage operational documentation, project plans, and communication materials to ensure program delivery excellence.
  • Provide high-level administrative support for performance systems, including testing, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain user resources, including job aids, templates, and knowledge articles.
  • Monitor program metrics and generate dashboards to track effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support leader enablement by coordinating training sessions and promoting adoption of best practices.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our TLC Performance Enablement Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our enterprise performance enablement strategy by managing the operational cadence of annual and ongoing performance processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for HR partners, leaders, and team members, ensuring that our performance management initiatives are executed with precision, consistency, and a focus on providing a seamless user experience across the entire organization.


Every day you will manage the administrative and project-based workflows that keep our performance programs running smoothly, including maintaining project timelines, updating process documentation, and coordinating system communications. You will partner closely with Information Technology, HR, and external vendors to track program milestones, facilitate system testing, and resolve operational issues. By maintaining a robust library of knowledge articles, templates, and resources, you will empower our workforce to engage effectively with our performance management systems and processes.


To be successful in this role, you will leverage your strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset to drive continuous improvement across our performance enablement framework. You will utilize data-driven reporting and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement, ensuring our practices remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Your ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments—ideally within a large healthcare setting—will be essential as you provide guidance, training, and support to stakeholders to drive consistent adoption of performance excellence.

Job Requirements

Required


  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.

  • One to Three (1-3) years of experience in: coordinating enterprise programs, projects, or operational processes; supporting HR systems, enterprise technology platforms, or business process administration; developing communications, training materials, reports, or documentation.

  • Must have strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
