Schaeffler in the United Kingdom is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead and develop assigned employees to ensure the manufacture of components, products and systems to meet quality, cost and delivery standards.

You will plan manufacturing priorities, align with weekly schedules, direct personnel actions, oversee equipment setup and maintenance, and continuously improve QCD results while upholding safety.

Qualifications

• Vocationally trained in technical field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
