Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Production Operator in Fort Mill, SC to prepare machines for production and monitor processes. You will inspect parts, identify defects and support maintenance to minimize downtime, while following safety rules and PPE usage.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, ability to read English instructions, and can operate complex manufacturing machinery with good visual acuity.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

• Required:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
