Job summary

Schaeffler in the United States is seeking a machine operator to support setup, first checks and test sequences on production lines. You will assist with ramping up machines and monitoring performance to ensure quality from start to finish.

The role emphasizes following documented procedures, keeping accurate records, wearing PPE, and contributing to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment with opportunities for development and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to operate basic machinery.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Your Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
