Responsibilities

• Verbal verifications on title estimates with customers.
• VIN searches when necessary and calls to DMVs for information.
• Scan documents and manage mail and package handling.
• Maintain title processing reports and follow up as needed.
• Call customers to inquire about the status of a title.
