Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts verbal verifications on title estimates with customers.
• Performs VIN searches when necessary.
• Calls DMVs to obtain information on a state.
• Scans and handles document scanning.
• Receives, scans, and delivers mail; handles UPS shipments as needed.
• Maintains and follows up on title processing reports.
• Contacts customers to inquire about title status.
