Vitu, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member for the TSG Discrepancy group in Sacramento. You will process documents, escalate discrepancies to clients when needed, and support lenders with accurate data maintenance within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and strong verbal and written communication. Occasional overtime and a physically active workflow are possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next.
• Sort and image Lender packets in vault/secure room.
• Follows established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Performs other duties as necessary.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime.
