Job summary

Vitu, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member for the TSG Discrepancy group in Sacramento. You will process documents, escalate discrepancies to clients when needed, and support lenders with accurate data maintenance within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and strong verbal and written communication. Occasional overtime and a physically active workflow are possible.

Job Summary

This position is for the TSG Discrepancy team, which is responsible for taking appropriate action when collateral is received on behalf of our lenders that conflicts with their loan data. This team is responsible for ensuring all necessary action occurs to either escalation these discrepancies to the attention of the client, trigger maintenance as appropriate, and/or issue out various agreements as desired by our lenders.

Key Responsibilities

Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next.

Sort and imaging Lender packets in vault/secure room.

Follows established procedures and compliance requirements.

Performs other duties as necessary.

Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime.

Attention to Detail; good organizational skills; adaptability; demonstrates consistent accuracy and thoroughness; efficient and timely completion of work.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or comparable completed educational certification.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite, products.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments throughout an organization.

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is: $19.00 - $21.00

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
