OPENLANE is seeking a Title Supervisor in Carmel, IN to lead the title processing team and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely title operations. You will mentor staff, manage daily workloads, and collaborate with field branches to optimize workflows while upholding high standards of customer service.

• 5+ years experience managing end-to-end title processing or equivalent leadership experience.
• Mentor peers and guide workflow priorities across a team.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state DMV regulations and titling compliance.

• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical reasoning; proficient with basic computer tools.
• Willing to obtain Notary Public certification within 6 months of hire.
