Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Title Specialist I to accurately process vehicle titles, verify title information, and resolve issues with clients and regulatory agencies. The role requires strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

The shift is Monday–Friday from 10AM to 7PM. You will interact with lenders and dealers, complete title applications, and ensure compliance with current title laws while using relevant internal systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Effective communication skills and a strong customer service attitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Review titles for negotiability, sign and reassign titles for sellers and buyers.
• Complete application for new title on behalf of clients as needed.
• Facilitate lien perfection on financed collateral when required.
• Release a lien on collateral that has been paid in full according to policy.
• Answer communications from clients on title questions.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
