• Assist with title research using county records, title plants, and online databases.
• Support ownership verification by reviewing deeds, plats, easements, and related documents.
• Identify and flag potential title issues for senior review.
• Prepare basic title reports, summaries, and commitments.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical title files.
• Track document status and assist with recording and filing activities.
• Coordinate with acquisition teams to provide requested title information.
