Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Title and Registration Specialist I in Missoula, MT. This in-office role handles coordinating customer vehicle purchases, ensuring DMV paperwork accuracy, and timely processing across LAD channels.

Responsibilities include reviewing title/registration documents, resolving issues with titles and contracts, and communicating with customers via multiple channels while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in Customer Service in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible, independent and able to manage time and tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Print and review vehicle title and registration paperwork for accuracy.
• Resolve issues for titles aged beyond 15 days on hand deals.
• Review outbound contract paperwork for accuracy and submit to agencies.
• Address title issues for sold vehicles aged beyond 30 days.
• Interact with customers via chat, phone and CRM/email.
• Meet accuracy, cure rate, and efficiency standards.
