FAST PASS TAG & TITLE LLC seeks an entry-level Specialist I to support clerical, financial, and DMV-related tasks, including title and registration processing, notary duties where applicable, and customer service.

This role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, data entry, and teamwork in a professional office. Some overtime and regional travel may be required, with a focus on efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous banking, OMV, automotive registration, or dealer motor vehicle title experience a plus.
• Must apply and be approved by the OMV background check including a clean driving record.
• State of Louisiana commissioned Notary preferred, with statewide jurisdiction, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process motor vehicle titles and registrations, drivers license and reinstatement transactions.
• Receive payments for titles, registrations, and services.
• Enter data into the DMV system to print registrations, licenses, or letters.
• Prepare documents related to titles, registrations, and reinstatement.
• Perform daily cash-out and daily shipping processes.
• Verify documents for authenticity and maintain records for auditing.
