FAST PASS TAG AND TITLE LLC is seeking a dedicated Specialist II - Notary to handle titles, registrations, and driver’s license transactions within Louisiana. You will process documents, collect payments, and ensure compliance with state regulations while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma and notary status, with 2–4 years of related OMV or title experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Notary commission with statewide jurisdiction preferred; good standing with Louisiana SOS.
• Experience with OMV, automotive registration, or title transactions is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint desired.

Responsibilities

• Process motor vehicle titles and registrations and related transactions in state systems.
• Receive payments for titles, registrations, licenses, and reinstatements.
• Verify documents for authenticity and accuracy before processing.
• Enter data into OMV systems and generate printouts for registrations or licenses.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and perform cash-out and balancing tasks.
• Adhere to state regulations and maintain professional, courteous service.
