Job summary

Rally Point Title Agency & 1031 Exchange Services LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our title insurance business across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida. You will cultivate new referral relationships and strengthen partnerships with attorneys, agents, lenders, and real estate professionals to generate title and settlement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in title insurance, real estate, mortgage, settlement services, or related industry preferred.
• Proven business development, sales, or relationship-management experience.
• Existing relationships within the real estate industry strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of title insurance and the real estate closing process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new title insurance and settlement business.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate attorneys, agents, brokers, lenders, mortgage professionals, investors, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within NJ, NY, PA, and FL.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with referral partners.
• Attend networking events, industry functions, conferences, closings, and other business development opportunities.
• Generate referrals and consistently meet established business development goals.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and referral relationships.
