Qualifications

• High school graduation/equivalent with four years of escrow experience or equivalent
• State notary certificate and an active limited license for title insurance as required

Responsibilities

• Review initial orders and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with Account Managers, lenders, realtors, and escrow principals
• Scan and attach documents to processing within the workflow
• Manage processing actions and due dates to clear title and prepare for closing
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
